WOE IS ME

To all those that I've extended invitations (implied or otherwise) to apply in my company, I would like to make an irrevocable retraction. I would be embarrassed to refer people to apply for my job right now.

Things are getting worse in the work front. They're getting more demanding and unreasonable with working hours and attendance just because they are scared of not meeting the new quota they've set with the client. The fact that the system is not cooperating with their goal has got them worrying their pants off. Like today, the system was quite accomodating during the first half but after lunch all hell broke lose and we were only able to take calls for about 2 hours. Now we have an extra hour of work everyday and those with unexcused absences will have to 'pay' for the lost hours with more overtime. We can't fight this since our contract states we are being paid for six days, the sked is for 5 days. We were assured before that the extra time would only used occasionaly for coaching sessions and special projects. They've finally decided to exploit that clause.

This has got me in a bind. I can't resign yet since I don't have anything saved yet since I blew my 13th month pay on my celfone which I really don't regret (I love my fone!) This means longer hours and less time to play KHAN. Waaaaaaaaahhhhhh!
