Not just another day at the office

It was surprisingly a very restful day at the office. Being infected with suspected flu virus, I went home today after a full day in the office feeling refreshed and on the actual road to recovery.

Work was pathetic really since there was no way anyone was going to hit standards with that atrocious system. So long intervals of waiting for calls to come was spent sleeping/napping. Everybody else used the time to play around, catch up on gossip and just plain have fun. I was really sick since I didn't have the heart to join in.

The promotion thing started today I think, sooo….all is well that ends well. I'm just barely recovering from a bout of flu and I don't think that I can survive the hectic pace that tier training entails. Slave driving is the operative word here. There are times that tier trainees train as early as 5pm and then have to work a full shift later that day. No mercy at all. They're just not required to go overtime, is all.
