This really made my day or evening or whatever.
In addition to talking to cantankerous Americans we get quite a few foreigners who are really challenging to communicate with. Number one on the list are the Chinese. This one was really trying so hard to blow me off and I ended up laughing my ass off when he said quite emphatically "No, no, no! I don't take phone calls over the phone" and proceeded to hang up on me. So... if not on the fone where else does he take his fone calls????!!!
