More trouble

I nearly got a reprimand at work today for expressing myself too much (a little violently to be exact) It's almost normal for agents to shout and curse on the floor and bang tables to release tension but i guess i went a little overboard today. For one thing I didn't know there was a coach behind to witness my misconduct. so i other words i got told off...i think i'm going to get hypertension from this job, some days are just so bad that i feel like killing every respondent i talk with. Add to that the fact that i just found out that my pay is so small for this pay period. The problem with getting bonuses regularly is that its always a shock to the system when you find that you suddenly didn't qualify for it. So banging on the poor table i went.

Am really contemplating leaving this company but I don't have any other job prospects as of yet (not to mention the bond tying me to the company til january). I told myself to try hard to make this the first and last call center i will ever work for. Better start goin back to doing the things i set out to do then. Sigh! I hope it rains computers later so i can start. Now na!
